 During an initial evaluation, we will review your medical, psychiatric, social, and personal history. In depth, we will review your symptoms, and diagnosis and determine if medication treatment is appropriate.If deemed appropriate, we will review the various types of medications indicated for your diagnosis and develop an individual plan that we both agree on. 

 During our 30-minute follow-up visit, we will review your response to the medication. We will review if the medication has been beneficial for your symptoms and whether the dose is correct. We will also review any new changes that have occurred in your life which may impact your symptoms. Medical refills will occur during your follow-up visits if indicated.
